Madison was born and raised in Loveland Colorado, graduating from Colorado State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Merchandising and a minor in French. But right as she was about to graduate and start her career in the corporate world, fate intervened! Madison was summonsed to be a juror in one of Sarah’s DUI trials in Larimer County, and ended up serving on the jury that acquitted Sarah’s client. Spending those two days in the courtroom immersed in the criminal justice system and watching Sarah fight so passionately to defend her client changed the trajectory of Madison’s life. After the trial, she decided to abandon the corporate world path and to instead study and apply to go to law school to become a lawyer dedicated to fighting injustice and defending civil rights.

In 2022, Madison was offered a full tuition academic achievement scholarship to attend New England School of Law in Boston. There, she served on the Executive Board of the Environmental Law Society and interned in the Juvenile Unit at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Then, ahead of the summer between her 2L and 3L years, she reached out to Sarah to see if she might be able to summer intern at Life & Liberty Law. She was hired, and after that summer, she was hooked.

Madison then finished her final year of law school, graduated with Dean’s List honors, and moved back home to Colorado where she passed the bar exam on her first try and in 2025 promptly joined the team as an Associate at Life & Liberty Law, where she was welcomed back with open arms by the whole L&LL team.

Madison’s other passions include dogs, reading, and coffee. In her spare time, she likes to paddleboard, read, cook (but not do the dishes), and watch trash TV (any Real Housewives or Love Island series in particular). She is clever, warm, and quick-witted, a baller legal researcher, and she leaves no stone unturned when holding the government accountable.
